Gentlemen Group
A men’s group created to give men in Vancouver and online a safe space to share emotions, discuss real challenges, and move toward their authentic self without fear of being shamed. Free online meetings available.

What Is The Gentlemen's Group
The Gentlemen’s Group is a structured men’s group hosted by What Else Is Possible Now.
It provides a safe space where men can talk openly, be vulnerable, and share experiences that are often difficult to discuss anywhere else.
This program offers:
-
Free online men’s group meetings
-
A physical space in Vancouver available in the evenings
-
Guest-speaker sessions
-
A facilitator who helps guide discussion toward communication, emotions, and self-regulation
-
Optional coaching and a ten-class curriculum for deeper growth and development
Why It Is Very Difficult for Men to Find Safe Spaces
It is very difficult for men to find safe spaces that allow emotional expression without fear of being shamed or rejected.
Men in particular report that when they try to talk about anxiety, depression, addiction, loneliness, or relationship strain, the response they receive in other environments is problem-solving instead of emotional connection.
This is all too common for men.
The world is a scary place right now, and many men carry their challenges alone.
The Gentlemen’s Group exists to change that.
